and History

Principal activities

The principal business activities of the Group are engaged in the full range of tower crane services covering research and development, design, manufacturing, sales, rental, erection, height alteration, dismantling, service and maintenance, inspection and consultancy work. We are the only engineering group in Hong Kong to offer such a comprehensive range of tower crane services which are directed primarily for the construction and infrastructure sectors in Hong Kong, Macau and China, and extending to countries in the Middle East, South-East Asia, and other parts of the world. The Group is also engaged in various specialized lifting operations and steel structure engineering work, serving mainly the Hong Kong and Macau regions.

Brief history

Established since 1992, our Group has a very strong presence as trader and lessor of tower cranes to major construction and engineering companies. We have built up and maintain good relationships with main property development companies, contractors and engineering companies in various fields and specializations.
In April 2008, we invested in an associated company, Arcomet (Hong Kong) Limited, with minority interest. The majority shareholder is the Arcomet Group, a Belgium based company established since 1956 and is the largest independent tower crane rental group in the world. In April 2009, we formed a joint venture, the Jarlway Xinxin Machinery Inc. ( “Jarlway”), with a tower crane manufacturer in mainland China. In April 2010, we became the controlling holding company of Jarlway and participate actively into its day to day management and operations. Jarlway specializes in research, design, development and manufacturing of tower cranes for sales and rental. It also engages in providing servicing, installation and maintenance work.
